SHIPPING POLICY â€‹

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

  • For orders under $100, normal shipping rates apply.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@monroeskin.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@monroeskin.com.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
